Frigocerro's Uruguayan Beef Brisket is sourced from 100% grass-fed Hereford and Angus cattle raised on Uruguay's natural pastures. Processed at INAC Plant 014 with individual DICOSE/SNIG traceability, each unit is fully auditable from farm to port.
Brisket is prized across global markets — BBQ culture in the USA and Australia, braised dishes in China and South Korea, slow-cooked preparations across the Middle East. We offer bone-in and boneless options, trimmed to customer specification, vacuum-packed and individually blast-frozen.
