Uruguayan beef ribs — both short ribs (chuck short rib, plate short rib) and back ribs — are in high global demand thanks to the natural richness and flavour of Uruguay's grass-fed cattle. Frigocerro processes beef ribs at INAC Plant 014 with full DICOSE/SNIG traceability.
Our short ribs are especially prized in South Korea (galbi-style cross-cut), China (hotpot and braised preparations) and North America (BBQ). We offer various cut styles — whole bone-in, flanken (cross-cut), English cut, or boneless short rib — to match your market's requirements.
