Cuadril (rump cap / rump cover) is one of Uruguay's most celebrated export cuts, renowned across Brazil, South Korea, Japan, China and Europe for its characteristic fat cap and extraordinary flavour profile. Frigocerro's cuadril comes from grass-fed Hereford and Angus cattle raised on Uruguay's open pastures.
Processed at INAC Plant 014 under full DICOSE/SNIG individual-animal traceability, our cuadril is trimmed, graded and packed according to buyer specification — typically vacuum-packed as a whole muscle or portioned into steaks.
It is one of our highest-volume cuts for the Chinese and Korean markets. Available fresh-chilled or IQF frozen. EXW, FCA, CFR/CIF to main global ports.
